Has many uses. Most common mounts include mounting over the right top with a short water pump (Ford -32), but is originally made to sit on the manifold bolts on the left side and can be used with both short and long water pump. Used together with bracket R9008 (R9008BK) and usually completed with bracket R9079 (R9079BK).
